What If Your Company Keeps Having Inventory or Software Issues?

With Covid-19, many network marketing companies are seeing a huge growth rate – also causing them to have inventory or software issues.

Here’s what I have to say…

What if your company keeps having inventory or software issues?

Since network marketing is growing so rapidly right now, as everyone is home during Covid-19 – many companies are struggling to adjust and adapt, causing inventory or software issues.

When I first started, the company that I became the number one income earner of, had about every issue you could possibly imagine. They had software issues, they had inventory issues, I had people quit because we are out of inventory, I had people quit because there was a software glitch, I had people quit because there we didn’t offer business cards at the time.

So it was kind of a mess. But instead of quitting, I went on to make millions of dollars with that company.

So I see these types of obstacles as tests. Sort of like – do you have what it takes or do you not?

Because if at the first sign of adversity, your reaction is like, “Woo, I’m out of here, man. This is unacceptable.”

Then I really question your ability to be a successful entrepreneur. Because when you go to that other company, guess what? There’s going to be problems there too.

You’re going to have an issue there as well. And there’s going to be something that pops up.

And this is a very touchy subject because I don’t like talking about leaving companies or anything like that, but here is what I can say…

If you leave a company out of weakness, meaning you either think that it’s going to be easier somewhere else or you leave because there’s some kind of inventory or software issue, then you’re going to have a major problem creating a longterm successful career in any company you ever go into.

Now, I’m not saying that there’s never a reason to leave a company, I’m not saying that.

But, I think way too often people leave out of weakness because they think the grass is greener somewhere else.

So, my piece of advice is have some vision.

See past these temporary losses of inventory, see past these temporary problems with software and work through the obstacles.

You got to be tough. You got to have a powerhouse vision to get into a company and actually stick when it’s new and having all the problems.

Because if that’s not the case, you’re going to quit in the next company too.

Because guess what, any company that goes through momentum or goes through any kind of growth is going to have issues.

And so congrats on your growth, congrats on your success, congrats on so many companies crushing it right now.

Now, have some vision, have some longterm thinking.
